Supply Clinic – Account Manager

Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for healthcare and dental supplies. We’re a two-sided marketplace, helping healthcare offices buy supplies directly from distributors and manufacturers on our platform. We’re a fast-growing digital company disrupting an old-school industry, making waves as we expand in the place of traditional distribution channels. We are growing our core customer success team, looking to bring a talented Customer Account Manager on board. Customer Account Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our customers’ office accounts. Account Managers operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to their accounts, including helping place and troubleshoot orders as needed.

The day-to-day role includes, but is not limited, to the following:

  • Overseeing and nurturing accounts to ensure they order regularly by calling and emailing
  • Tracking account activity and touchpoints using HubSpot and internal system notes
  • Updating accounts on quarterly promos and other available products that might interest them
  • Keeping track of account pain points, identifying areas of improvement, and passing feedback along to the right stakeholder
  • Working with our shipping team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of account orders, and communicating such information back to customer accounts
  • Coordinating with the rest of the customer team to help design, implement, and adjust broader initiatives
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics in coordination with our data team

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Clear and friendly communication skills, both by phone and email
  • Composure even when dealing with angry customers
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Based in Chicago preferred but not required
