Supply Clinic – Inside Sales Specialist

Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for dental supplies. We’re a nimble, digital company in an old-school industry, making waves as we expand and disrupt traditional distribution channels. In addition to our e-commerce platform, we recently released a software solution for multi-office dental groups to cut supply costs, manage budgeting, improve formulary compliance, and simplify accounting processes.

The role?

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to connect with current accounts to find out where we can help them save more money, increase their spend, and get feedback about their experience on the platform. You are passionate about delivering above-and-beyond customer experiences. You are a high performing, goal-oriented person driven by excellence in all you do. You demonstrate a high level of proactivity, anticipating new opportunities to learn more and add value to our customers. You think on your feet, and can juggle multiple moving parts under pressure if needed. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and are diligent about documentation. We’re looking for candidates who take initiative to exceed expectations and contribute to a culture of continuous growth and positivity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our online platform
  • Establish relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts and improve their ordering experience
  • Own and nurture Supply Clinic VIP accounts by delivering personalized support and issue resolution in an expedient manner
  • Proactively engage with customers about new items that would bring value to their offices
  • Manage customer accounts with detailed documentation of pertinent information
  • Develop strategies with the sales team for customer acquisition and retention
  • Closely work with our other team members to ensure customer success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls per day
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong bias toward action
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus (or other CRM)
