We let dozens of vendors compete for your business on one website. You can browse thousands of products and buy from multiple vendors in a single, simple checkout process. And you can simply use your credit card - no invoices, no purchase agreements.
Each vendor drop-ships their items directly to you. No extra middle-man with a warehouse.
Once your order ships, you’ll typically receive it in 2-5 business days. This may vary from seller to seller.
Each vendor has a clear flat rate they charge. You can view all flat rates on each item page, so you know exactly what you’ll pay when you add an item to your cart. Most waive all shipping costs if your order reaches a certain size, meaning it’s even more cost-effective to make larger orders.
You can ship to commercial addresses in the United States. Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Residential addresses work, too, although shipping might cost more. We don't allow sales to PO boxes.
Yes! Once you receive an item, you have 14 days to return it. Of course, if you’ve used some of the product or otherwise tampered with it, it won’t be returnable (unless there’s an issue with the product). All you need to do is go to your order history page on the top bar, click the Return Item button, and follow the prompts. We provide you with a shipping label for easy returns. Some items may be non-returnable, and these will be indicated as such on the item page.
Yes. You can see the manufacturer and manufacturing code of each product to verify. Obviously, if the info is different, they’re different products, but we trust you can tell the difference.
We don’t allow gray market products to be sold on Supply Clinic. Supply Clinic's number one concern is patient safety, so authorized sales channels are verified. In fact, our co-founder Dr. Scott Drucker is a periodontist, so we understand the importance of patient safety first.
If you ever see an item that looks wrong or mislabeled, let us know ASAP. We take all customer feedback very seriously.
