What’s going on here?
Supply Clinic is the free online marketplace for dental supplies. We let dozens of vendors compete for your business on one website. You can browse thousands of products and buy from multiple vendors in a single, simple checkout process. And you can simply use your credit card - no invoices, no purchase agreements.

So who’s shipping me the item?
Each vendor drop-ships their items directly to you. No extra middle-man with a warehouse.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll typically receive it in 2-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on where you are. Since we don’t want to overcharge you for shipping, we’ve integrated a UPS calculator into our site, so once you enter your shipping address, you’ll see the cost of shipping. Some vendors waive shipping costs if your order reaches a certain size, but that’s done on a vendor-by-vendor basis.
Where can I ship to?
You can ship to commercial addresses in the United States. Residential addresses work, too, although shipping will cost more. We don't allow sales to PO boxes.
Can I return an item?
Yes! Once you receive an item, you have 14 days to return it. Of course, if you’ve used some of the product or otherwise tampered with it, it won’t be returnable (unless there’s an issue with the product). All you need to do is go to your order history page on the top bar, click the Return Item button, and follow the prompts. We provide you with a shipping label for easy returns.
Are these products the same ones I get from the big distributors?
Yes. You can see the manufacturer and manufacturing code of each product to verify. Obviously, if the info is different, they’re different products, but we trust you can tell the difference.
What about gray market products?
For patient-sensitive material, only authorized sales channels are allowed to sell product lines. Supply Clinic's number one concern is patient safety, so authorized sales channels are verified for all items that could be harmful to patients.
If you ever see an item that looks wrong or mislabeled, let us know ASAP. We rely on user feedback to help make that goal a reality.
Wait, so you can see my credit card information?
Not even if we wanted to! All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the best and most secure payment processor you’ve probably never heard of. We spent a considerable amount of time debating the merits of Stripe vs PayPal, and ultimately opted for Stripe, since it integrates better into our site (and therefore looks cleaner to our customers). We figure that a payment processor used by both Pinterest and The Guardian is good enough for us as well.
Hold on. So how does Supply Clinic make money?
We take a low, flat commission from each vendor.
What do I do when I have questions?
Email us at [email protected] or call us at (773) 634-1462. At the bottom of each item page is a button you can click to send us an email about that product. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an answer!
How can I best tell my friends about this?
On your Account page, you can refer your colleagues. You’ll receive $25.00 Supply Clinic credit for each colleague you refer that uses Supply Clinic!
