Supply Clinic – Customer Support Agent

Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for healthcare and dental supplies. We’re a two-sided marketplace, helping healthcare offices buy supplies directly from distributors and manufacturers on our platform. We’re a fast-growing digital company disrupting an old-school industry, making waves as we expand in the place of traditional distribution channels. We are growing our core customer success team, looking to bring a talented Customer Support Agent on board. Customer Support Agent

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to help be the face and voice of Supply Clinic. Support Agents are the front line, answering customer inquiries and properly directing them to the relevant team member.

The day-to-day role includes, but is not limited, to the following:

  • Managing all email and online chat inquiries through HubSpot by either responding or directing to the relevant team member
  • Answering general Supply Clinic questions
  • Answering the Supply Clinic phone and transferring calls to the appropriate team member
  • Updating user account information as needed
  • Helping with Supply Clinic office management (once we’re back in the office)
  • Helping with Supply Clinic team events, happy hours and birthdays (when relevant)
  • Working collaboratively with other team members on larger projects or initiatives

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Clear and friendly communication skills, both by phone and email
  • Composure even when dealing with angry customers
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Based in Chicago preferred but not required
