Supply Clinic – Data Science Intern
Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for healthcare and dental supplies. We’re a two-sided marketplace, helping healthcare offices buy supplies directly from distributors and manufacturers on our platform. Data Science Intern
Supply Clinic is looking for a Data Science Intern. You will work closely with multiple team members to collect and analyze data, and to help implement changes based on findings. Several discrete projects will require heavy data analysis, including: analysis of customer sitemap patterns, building product correlation maps, and identifying areas of seller behavior improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Using Python, SQL, and/or Excel for user-level data analysis
- Working with our data warehouse, specifically through MODE and HEAP analytics
- Working within the Data Team and alongside development teams to better scale data collection of relevant product and user data points
Required Skills:
- Experience with statistics and data analysis
- Experience with Python, SQL, and/or R
- Must be a creative thinker
- Must be a creative thinker able to problem-solve to accurately measure and test queries
- Experience with stochastic and/or probabilistic modeling a plus
