Supply Clinic – Seller Success Associate

Supply Clinic helps healthcare and dental offices spend less time worrying about supplies and more time focusing on what matters: the patients. We’re a fast-growing digital company disrupting an old-school industry, making waves as we expand in the place of traditional supply distribution channels by combining an online marketplace with procurement tools. We are growing our Seller Success Team, looking to bring a talented Seller Success Associate on board. If you’re passionate about making a real impact at a young startup company, Supply Clinic may be a great match.

Seller Success Associate

We’re looking for a Seller Success Associate to onboard our growing number of sellers and assist in getting their products available for purchase on our site. This individual will be instrumental in onboarding sellers, keeping their internal team informed and on track to meet deadlines. This individual will coordinate closely with sellers to ensure their products are listed properly on our website, and their operations are equipped to work with our system. This is a new role and will be reporting to the Director of Seller Success.

The role includes, but is not limited, to the following:

  • Corresponding with sellers who seek to sell their products on our website
  • Reaching out to potential sellers whom our subscribers have identified as preferred vendors
  • Guiding sellers through our onboarding process, including: providing documentation to sellers, gathering seller and product details and information, asking relevant questions, and coordinating seller inventory on our website
  • Creating seller accounts and gathering seller documentation
  • Documenting tasks and communicating to the appropriate teams, keeping all parties on track for a timely onboard
  • Working closely with other Supply Clinic team members on larger projects and initiatives, such as identifying common seller behavior patterns and improving workflow
  • Providing appropriate inventory templates to sellers and coordinating with other team members to get products loaded onto our website

A successful candidate for this role will have the following characteristics:

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment

As tasks are added and removed and workflows change, we hope that this individual will change with us.
