Supply Clinic – VP of Special Markets (DSOs and Group Practices)

Supply Clinic is the online marketplace for dental supplies. We’re a fast-growing digital company in an old-school industry, making waves as we expand and disrupt traditional distribution channels. In addition to our e-commerce platform, we recently released a software solution for multi-office dental groups to cut supply costs, manage budgeting, improve formulary compliance, and simplify accounting processes. We are looking for a VP of Special Markets to lead the charge in expanding our presence in the DSO space. As our VP of Special Markets, you'll have a major impact on the growth of the company, building and executing strategies for widespread adoption of our software. We are looking for a rock star that is a highly motivated self-starter, excited about the opportunity to take ownership of customer adoption in the fastest growing segment of dentistry.

You'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and execute on strategy for DSO customer adoption of our software
  • Spearhead building the software sales funnel
  • Engage with key stakeholders at DSOs and group practices
  • Travel to meet with current and potential software customers when necessary
  • Gather and organize feedback for future feature development
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to increase product awareness and customer adoption
  • Organize the growth of a Special Markets team as necessary
  • Report directly to the President, and interact with many other team members throughout Supply Clinic

To excel in this job you'll need:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling to or working for DSOs
  • A comprehensive understanding of the DSO procurement and RFP processes
  • High level of understanding of the finance/accounting processes related to procurement
  • Ability to design and execute on growth strategies
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with lead management and CRM platforms
  • Penchant for working in a fast-paced environment
